Are you a financial wizard with a knack for strategic insights and innovation? As Business Controller Off Trade you will be the financial business partner for the Off Trade team within Alken-Maes. In this role you will analyze the actual results, lead the annual plan and make accurate monthly rolling forecasts. Besides that, you give the right financial insights for innovation projects, you play an important role in strategic commercial projects and you provide sustainable support for the annual negotiations with our Retail partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

P&L

• Develop accurate annual budgets and prepare forecasts.
• Monitor actual volume and revenue against budget/forecast, providing early warnings on deviations.
• Generate comprehensive reports on business results and financial KPIs, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze innovation projects, delivering precise financial insights.
• Ensure a robust rolling forecast process.
• Take charge of financial closing procedures.

Business partnering

• You maximize business performance by challenging and influencing the relevant stakeholders (including Off Trade Director), act as an business partner on a day to day basis.
• You are able to convince stakeholders based on right facts and arguments, which are placed in the proper problem context (fact based decision making).
• You align with Revenue Management to capture revenue optimization opportunities.
• You provide reports with business results and financial KPI’s and present it to the stakeholders.
