Innovations for the entire world

Together, we provide the whole world with tasty drinks. From Mexico to Mauritius, you can find our brews everywhere. But there can only be production with innovation. Stassen houses Heineken’s innovation centre, where we experiment with new flavours and recipes. Tried, tasted and approved? Then we lovingly pass the product on to our colleagues in other parts of the world. For example, 50 per cent of the products we make are innovations. How about a Strongbow with cucumber, for example?

Who works at Stassen?

A job at Stassen guarantees a variety of tasks and a wide range of responsibilities. Feel free to interpret your job description broadly. As an operator, for example, you will never be working at just one machine. You switch effortlessly between everything from packaging to filtering. Where necessary, you will also mix brews following recipes and, why not, drive the forklift truck smoothly. Numerous technicians, logistics staff, customer service agents, lab workers and quality experts work here. We even have a dedicated R&D team here, responsible for countless innovations, big and small. Our apple press runs smoothly thanks to everyone’s efforts. The friendly atmosphere is part of the package.

Small, but part of a big group
Together with our HEINEKEN colleagues, we ensure Good Times Brewing. Being a small part of a big group has many advantages. Excellent career opportunities, jobs with an international scope and reach. More than an apple a day
Stassen planted several hundred hectares of orchards and signed long-term contracts with more than 20 farmers to ensure a steady supply of apples with the desired properties. Having more than 700 trees per hectare, the apple harvest between September and November is rather sizeable, to say the least.
