As a dynamic leader you are accountable to define and achieve topline, gross margin and market share ambition by setting and deploying the RMG strategy and by driving and embedding RMG capability across commerce and finance functions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Define RMG strategy & priority initiatives to shape & support broader commercial strategy and deliver value growth for the OpCo (incl. KPIs & action plans)
Embed RMG and orchestrate initiatives within cross-functional teams, and contribute to all RMG related business decisions
