What we achieve here in the Pajottenland is unique in the world. You can take that literally because nowhere else does the required spontaneous fermentation occur for our Lambic beer (the basis of all Mort-Subite beers). A neat trick of Mother Nature. The fact that I get to work with one of nature’s wonders in my own region is a gift that has kept on giving for over 30 years.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
